7. Payment Policy

We accept PayPal payments. When you buy items from us, you will not have to pay any additional custom taxes. We send all our products as gifts, which are always nicely wrapped with lots of love and care. 

8. Refund Policy

We can replace your products, so please within 1-3 days after receiving your items let us know if there is a problem. Keep in mind that not everything depends on us. If your order is damaged during the delivery itself, we are not responsible for that. These things are beyond our control. Nevertheless you can immediately contact us.

We will do the best as we can for you in order you (our customers) to be not only pleased with us, but also to be happy to come back to our store over and over again. Of course all replacements shall be made with payment of the transport costs from the customer!

All items are shipped with a minimal fee, so you do not have to pay additional charges for customs. However if your state requires it, this is beyond our control.

All sizes (XS – 5XL) and colors which are included in the description are always available.
