DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivering time is about  

•    1 week to Europе

•    2-3 weeks All other destinations 

Items are shipped from Bulgaria. The package will be shipped within 1~3 business days (not including weekend) after the payment has been received.  

Please be aware to wait for your packages at least 25 days from the day of its shipping. As much as we want our products to arrive fastest way possible, sometimes things are out of our control. Just be patient and you will get your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We can replace your products, so please within 1-3 days after receiving your items let us know if there is a problem. Keep in mind that not everything depends on us. If your order is damaged during the delivery itself, we are not responsible for that. These things are beyond our control. Nevertheless you can immediately contact us. 

We will do the best as we can for you in order you (our customers) to be not only pleased with us, but also to be happy to come back to our store over and over again. Of course all replacements shall be made with payment of the transport costs from the customer!

All items are shipped with a minimal fee, so you do not have to pay additional charges for customs. However if your state requires it, this is beyond our control.
